Start of a new chapter for SMGS Blarney

Today marked the start of a new chapter for both staff and students here in SMGS Blarney. We have waited many years to open the doors of our new school building and this morning we finally got the opportunity to welcome the first years students, the future class of 2029!

It was wonderful to meet all eight classes. They got a tour of the school along with some icebreaker games with their Meitheal leaders. First Years will be taking a break until next Wednesday 30th August.
