A warm welcome to Ms. Stacey Higgins

SMGS Blarney is very happy to extend a very warm welcome our newly appointed Deputy Principal Ms. Stacey Higgins. Stacey previously held a position in Nano Nagle College (Formerly North Presentation Secondary School) and will now take up the position of our third Deputy Principal.

Stacey a highly qualified professional with a very strong background in education and leadership. In addition to her primary qualifications, Stacey has also pursued postgraduate education, earning a First Class Honors in a Masters Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership from UL/UCD/University of Galway.

Throughout her career, Stacey has taken part in various management and leadership training programs, including Leading Ireland's Future Together (LIFT) and Board of Management (BOM) Training conducted by Joint Managerial Board (JMB) and Association of Management of Catholic Secondary Schools (AMCSS).

Stacey has been engaged in many social, sporting and business endeavors, making her a very valuable asset to our growing school community. We wish her all the very best as she begins her time here in SMGS Blarney.
