Geography FieldTrip

6th year Geography students ventured to the River Martin today to conduct their Geographical Investigation as part of their Leaving Certificate course. They undertook various different tasks to prove that both deposition and transportation are occurring along the course of the river and contributing to the formation of a meander. It was an enjoyable day for all involved taking what they've learned within the classroom and putting it in to practice in their fieldwork.
