Meitheal Easter Egg Hunt
On Thursday, the 11th of April, the Meitheal Team collaborated with next year's Meitheal Team to organise an Easter Egg Hunt for the 1st years. The hunt took place in the school field and in Castle Close Estate. 400 small Easter eggs were hidden over the course of the day. The 1st years worked in teams within their class groups to find as many eggs as possible with each team looking for a particular colour. The winning teams from each class won raffle tickets to a raffle in the afternoon where there were 12 large Easter eggs to be won. The 1st years really enjoyed the experience. They improved their teamwork skills and enjoyed the exciting challenge. A great way to end the term!
